     We are two blocks west of the Independence Square and two blocks east of the Truman Home. One main entrance to our parking lot is off Truman Road between Spring and Pleasant streets. We will welcome you at any time. During the week our normal office hours are from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
